What Heuria is

Heuria is a web app that analyzes uploaded UI images. The app auto tags key areas, produces a summary score, and lets you export a PDF you can copy from to build your rationale. You start with starter credits. When you are ready to keep going you can subscribe.

Account and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are in the EEA or UK, follow your local age of digital consent.
• You are responsible for your account and password.
• Use accurate information and do not impersonate someone else.

Starter credits and subscriptions

• Starter credits allow you to explore the full flow with no card required.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time in the app. Your access remains active until the end of the prepaid period.
• Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card numbers. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Refunds follow our posted Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you lack rights to share.
• Do not upload confidential personal data of others without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
• Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the service.
• Do not use the app to create automated bulk reports for a competing service.

Your content and our license

• You keep ownership of the images and content you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide features like analysis, auto tagging, scoring, and exports.
• We do not use your content to train foundation models unless you opt in inside Settings.
• You can delete your uploads in the app. Deletions remove files from active storage. Backups age out on a rolling basis.

AI output

Heuria uses AI to generate scores, tags, and text. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Treat results as guidance, not as professional advice. You are responsible for choices you make based on AI output.

Exports and sharing

Exports may include your uploaded image and AI text. Make sure you have permission to share exports outside your team. We are not responsible for disclosures you make.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, change, or remove features. We try to keep the service available, but outages can happen. Scheduled maintenance will be kept short where possible.

Third parties

We use trusted providers such as Supabase for authentication and storage, Stripe and PayPal for payments, an email provider for transactional messages, and analytics or error logging for product quality. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, even if we were told such losses were possible. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 USD if you used starter credits only.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Squareone International LLC harmless from claims that arise from your use of the service or your content, except where the law does not allow such terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.

Changes and contact

When terms change, we will update the date at the top and, when changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice.
